dc.description.abstract | Sonadezi Industrial Park Service Enterprise is a prestigous brand in industrial real estate trading that provide location for investor building firm in Dong Nai Province. After the process of equitization, Sonadezi Industrial Park Service Enterprise has officially changed to Sonadezi Long Binh Shareholding Company (SZB) which nowadays directly mange four industrial zone respectively Bien Hoa 2,Thanh Phu, Go Dau and Xuan Loc. After twenty years, there are three industrial zone complete internal infrastructure for ready-to-building model service such as Bien Hoa 2, Go Dau and Xuan Loc (Thanh Phu is under process of compensate). Over the last four years recently, revenue from new land leasing in Xuan Loc industrial zone was unexpected of Board of Director’s desire. While other industrial zones in Dong Nai province can still lease land in the years from 2018-2021, Xuan Loc Industrial Zone still cannot raise the occupancy rate as expected by the Board of Director. The internal interview and literally research was conducted to find out company possible problem caused the above symptom. According to the collected data, Poor digital marketing activities was the main problem leading to the vacant land ratio in Xuan Loc Industrial Zone. Lack of Initial phase – Planning was the main cause. Some solutions were suggested for stakeholders to solve this issue. The solution is Planning with a clear digital marketing objective. An action plan with details tasks and timeline for executing are showed as company’s proposal. | en_US |
