This study is aim to identify the determinant factors that affect purchasing decision behavioral process and satisfaction level of customers who have apartment transactions in the real estate industry in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. There total three key factors including apartment attributes, financial status, apartment service quality are selected based on a comprehensive review of many previous studies about housing purchasing decision behavioral process model. Based on the outcomes of this study, several major implications are discussed in this chapter.
