||Abstract: ||With a lot of changes of the market, trend and more competitive form competitors, the change in marketing activities is necessary with MobiFone 8, especially digital marketing. However, current digital marketing activities at MobiFone 8 has some symptoms. After analyzing and using the secondary data, these three symptoms mentioned problem such as fewer digital marketing tools, low performance of digital marketing tools and low expenditure for digital marketing. Based on internal, external analysis and interview from BOD, managers and employee, this study finds out problems which not come from the activities or tools, the reason is the lack of digital marketing staff. This problem confirmed base on the Limitation of “bien che” employee policy. That is the big causes with not only MobiFone but also stated – owned company. With this cause, the alternative solutions were selected to get most suitable and best solution which can apply to resolve problem of company. With the solution Re-build contractual employee policy, the research can resolve the problem that MobiFone 8 is facing and improve performance of digital marketing activities at MobiFone 8. It can help MobiFone 8 could strong development in the future.
