For businesses, production is extremely important, it directly affects the development as well as the direction of a business today. That is why the production plan is a key factor for Binh Minh Plastic (BMP), an integral part of the business plan. Therefore, meeting the production output according to the established production plan is very important. Binh Minh Plastics is the leading prestigious manufacturing and trading enterprise in Vietnam in plastic pipes and accessories of all kinds serving the water supply and drainage, telecommunications and electricity industries. Although the company's business is still growing steadily, there are still management problems occurring within the company. The operation of BMSG's factory over the quarters still grew well, closely following the company's S&OP plan, however, the Solvent cements product line through data analysis showed that demand grew well but production factory not meet the plan. The main purpose of this thesis is to find out the main problem that leads to production output not meeting the production plan. Based on company data analysis, process audit, and literature as help, the key problem The production supervisor's poor performance is validated.
