The study sample consists of 607 employees at the 33 pharmaceutical firms in Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam. The data is analysed by a partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The paper reveals that firm internal CSR practices had a positive and significant influence on firm performance. The two intrapreneurship activities of employee strategic renewal behaviour and new business venturing behaviour partially mediate the nexus between internal CSR practices and firm performance.
