This research addresses the critical need to enhance cybersecurity measures in e-commerce, with a particular focus on leveraging ethical hacking to counter the growing and increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. The research out-lines and executes five core phases of the ethical hacking process, simulating real-world attack scenarios, especially phishing attacks. In addition, various simulation tools are utilized to assess the potential impact of these threats. The primary objective is to clarify the concept of ethical hacking, apply these simulation tools to identify system vulnerabilities, and ultimately develop practical solutions to bolster cybersecurity. The findings underscore the pivotal role of ethical hacking in uncovering vulnerabilities and suggest practical solutions.en
