Factors influencing the decision to use international payment products among fdi corporate customers: A case study of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Long An Branch

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing “The decision to use International Payment Products of FDI Corporate Customers at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) - Long An Branch”. The research used qualitative research methods (focus group discussions), quantitative research to find measurement scales through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, EFA and used correlation and linear regression methods to measure the degree of influence of factors. From there, the research has provided more detailed insights into factors such as "Digital Banking", "Product Policy" and "Distribution Channel", which directly affect the decisions of FDI corporate customers to choose international payment products. The results of the research show that these factors have a positive influence on the decisions to use international payment products at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) - Long An Branch, suggesting that improving these factors will be necessary to improve the efficiency of the branch's business operations.
