Abstract: | The issue of low level of job satisfaction is a serious problem that increases turnover intention and absenteeism, defeating organization goals, and reduce employees’ devotion in RSM Vietnam. Based on the data collected from the organization and in the literature reviews, the issue has been studied to result from the factors as low income, unattractive reward system, insufficient achievement and difficult-reached recognition. The paper has come to propose possible solutions applied in the Company, which is believed to address the root causes of the low level of job satisfaction, thus reducing turnover rate, and developing competitive advantage of the company in Vietnam market. |
