dc.description.abstractThis study is aim to identify the determinant factors that affect purchasing decision behavioral process and satisfaction level of customers who have apartment transactions in the real estate industry in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. There total three key factors including apartment attributes, financial status, apartment service quality are selected based on a comprehensive review of many previous studies about housing purchasing decision behavioral process model. The relationship of three main independent constructs, customer’ purchasing decision behavioral process and customer’s satisfaction level is further examined. purchasing decision behavioral process model of customers. In general, this study focuses on discussing the significance of each factor as well as suggesting several useful recommendations for managing plans of marketing and sales based on the research’s findings. The findings of this study contribute the understanding of apartment attributes, financial aids and apartment service quality, which play very important roles in customers’ purchasing decision behavioral process and their satisfaction level. Based on the outcomes of this study, several major implications are discussed in this chapter.en
