With supports from internal reports, employee interviews and researches, one main source of problem is acknowledged to be the injustice situation in the branch. After identified the antecedents of the problem, a set of three solutions, which includes redesigning the performance appraisal system, raters training and cross-department appraisal, is defined and validated to tackle the main problem within a limited time available and under the allowed budget of maximum of 100,000,000 VND. The change plan to apply these solutions in the branch is built to last for 9 months where human resources crew and planning and financial department play leading roles. With a desirable cost-benefit analysis (more than 400,000,000 VND gain in net saving), this project is expected to prove its value in the upcoming period. |
