dc.description.abstract | This current study examines the impacts of authentic leadership on symmetrical internal communication and employee-organization relationships in the context of the aviation industry in Vietnam. The proposed model and hypotheses were tested using against survey data from 175 employees working in aviation organizations in Ho Chi Minh City. The structural equation modeling (SEM) results indicated that authentic leadership positively affects EORs both directly and indirectly, through symmetrical internal communication. This means symmetrical internal communication acts as a device connecting authentic leadership to enhanced employee-organization relationships. Also, the study provides theoretical and practical implications as well as suggested directions for future research. | en |
