This study examines the effects of project management performance and project integration management on stakeholders' satisfaction in the construction sector in Vietnam. Using the Partial least square-structural equation modelling method to analyse data collected from 157 respondents, the findings indicate that project management performance has a significant impact on stakeholders' satisfaction. Moreover, both project manager leadership competency and project integration management are associated with project management performance. The research findings contribute to the theoretical literature in project management of the construction industry and provide recommendations with managerial implications.en
