Abstract: | In today’s competitive world, Banking is one of the industries that attract many employees, because it often pays well and has an attractive performance-based bonus scheme. The C Bank is not an exception to this. C bank is a leading Asean global bank, and also one of the largest investment banks in Asia as well as one of the biggest Islamic banks in the world. The organization had approximately 34.000 staff and over 16 million customers around the world. In Vietnam, C Bank was established in 2016, launching its offices at Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi. Although this is a promising place to work, C bank in Ho Chi Minh City is experiencing a number of issues, including excessive overtime, high levels of stress, and a lack of time for work-life balance. These issues have been affected by high workload problem and had a negative impact on the bank, resulting in low productivity, low job satisfaction, and a high turnover rate. The current symptoms at bank C will be examined in this paper, emphasizing probable issues. Hereby, by using methods such as in-depth interviews and surveys, the article will find out the main causes of the above phenomena. After that, A conclusion will be derived from the aforementioned study in order to remedy the problems. |
