dc.description.abstractHuman resources are an indispensable part of any company. No firm can exist without the manpower to meet the operation and run the business. Therefore, each company needs to have the best human resources management solutions. Human resources include all people who have been working at the company in all different positions. It can be said that personnel are the main source deciding the company's profitability and development. Employees in all positions, all different departments are important subjects in creating and promoting the advantages of the enterprise. In particular, the young generation with dynamism and creativity will help companies a lot in acquiring new things, sharp in learning and improving knowledge. If the leader knows how to exploit these strengths, it will contribute to bringing the business to a higher level. During the period of 2018-2020, Nguyet Minh 2 recorded the instability in the management of human resources in the company. Specifically, the annual turnaround rate in the Sales, Logistic, Purchasing and Technical departments is too high compared to the overall turnover rate of the whole company and the expectations of the Board of Directors. This difficulty has created negative effects for businesses such as the decline in sales of some customers, the increase in costs due to many errors in the production process and the increase of recruitment fee. Therefore, the research will clearly investigate the cause of the difficulty in Nguyet Minh 2 and come up with a solution to help the firm solve it.en_US
