dc.description.abstractMobile payment exists on many kinds as QR code, NFC… but previous research approached from the perspective of behavior intention to mobile payments in general. This research investigates factors effect to behavior intention of mobile payment using QR code users in retail, conduct by extended model MTAM (Li-Ya Yan et al., 2020). After collecting 313 responses from Ho Chi Minh city user in retail, research utilize CFA and SEM to explore factors Mobile Usefulness (MU), Mobile Ease of Use (MEOU), Perceived Transaction Convenience (PTC), Perceived Transaction Speed (PTS), Optimism (OP), Personal Innovativeness (PI) and Behavioral Intention (BI). The final result show that MU deeply and positive effect to BI, while PI does not show its potential in impact to BI. This research is one of the first research provide that PTC effect to MU as well as PTS effect to MEOU.en_US
