dc.description.abstractThe author's essay is done at the VietMedical Distribution Joint Stock Company in Vietnam. With the research aim of the topic is to offer solutions to improve employee's work motivation with the organization. Along with qualitative and quantitative research methods, 300 questionnaires were issued, with 187 valid votes, the author conducted scale testing and data analysis through SPSS 20.0 software. The results show that the 6 factors that affect work motivation are Work characteristics; Wage and welfare; Social Recognition; Peer Relationships; Training and promotion opportunities; Leader caring; Working Environment. Through that, some solutions have been proposed by the author based on research factors. The solutions will help VietMedical's board of directors build a human resource policy that is in line with the company's current situation in order to connect and maintain the workforce for their company.en_US
