Abstract: | Vietnamese pharmaceuticals have been shown to include a lot of trials and hazards, yet there's no denying that they have a lot of promise for development. Enterprises are competing for the national pharmaceutical development strategy for 2020 and vision for 2030 at the same time. The main goal of this development plan is to supply sufficient and timely medicines of verified origin that are of high quality and reasonable about disease structure. This development plan is followed by Otsuka JSC as well. As a result, in March 2018, Otsuka JSC invested 721 billion VND in the construction of a new factory. During the currently under construction factory, some undesirable indicators were discovered, such as low sales performance and demotivated staff. It then set the groundwork for additional research into the causes of the existing symptoms. In addition, various literature reviews are used, as well as in-depth interviews with firm managers and employees, in order to completely comprehend the current position and difficulties. As a result, the findings reveal that the covid-19, an unclear performance appraisal process, and an unstable managerial tenure are all contributing to the aforesaid symptoms. Following the identification of the main problem, which is an unclear performance appraisal process at Otsuka JSC, the key reasons are uncovered using a combination of literature reviews and in-depth interviews. Then, to solve the major problems and improve the effectiveness of the company's performance appraisal process, alternative solutions related to reanalysis jobs are established. |
