dc.description.abstract | Individual or organizational performance is always a matter of concern for leaders. They are always looking for ways to improve performance and achieve their goals. As a manager, the author is also concerned with how to improve the performance of his department. With the current situation, the Legal Department of Healthcare Division of Danh Khoi Group is facing underperformance, specifically there have been many uncompleted work tasks in the past year. To solve the above problem, the author used the PSO method - Problem Solving in Organization to find a solution. Specifically, through in-depth interviews with relevant people, along with theoretical research, literature review, the author has discovered the root cause of the problem, which is the ambiguous Division’s objectives. Accordingly, it also suggests 2 alternative solutions for leaders of the Health Division. After discussing and based on business reality, they have selected the appropriate solution. Accordingly, the author has also proposed a specific action plan to set goals for Division in 2023. This is an article built on personal insights, so it will be a recommendation for organizations to consider in applying. This thesis is also a practice for the author after acquiring knowledge from school and personal experience. Therefore, it will bring the author’s opinion and will also be a hint for how to solve problems related to performance improvement. | en_US |
