From 2019 to Q2 2022, the voluntary turnover rates for companies in Vietnam remained stable. However, PEDACO witnessed remarkably high voluntary turnover rates in the manufacturing department ever since 2019. They were much higher than those of the market as well as the company’s rates of the previous years. Through research, two problems were found: (1) high level of stress and (2) ineffective employee recognition in the Manufacturing Team. The validation process indicated that the second issue was the central problem at the company. Afterward, more interviews were conducted to determine the causes to the central problem. As a result, (1) Micromanaging leadership and (2) Failure program on employee recognition was brought up. Based on that, two alternative solutions were proposed in hopes of resolving the cause. The second alternative solution was chosen as the most suitable approach to this scenario and an action plan was established based on it. Both primary and secondary data was used for this thesis.en_US
