dc.description.abstractThe thesis is researched and conducted at SSS- a software development company- to find a solution for the most central problem of process compliance: the lack of effective training process. Through data collected from the company, research papers, in-depth interviews, initial problem lists were identified from ineffective training process, no person in charge of process compliance, great job pressure, low ethical culture in the organization, and wrong decision in recruitment. Then the central problem was identified as ineffective training process. Due to the context of the organization and the covid-19 pandemic, training activities were not effective, which led to low performance results, unstable quality, and poor employee awareness. Training plays an important role in raising employee awareness, improving performance result, stabilizing quality and enhancing customer satisfaction with products and services. Due to the limitation of knowledge and time and may exist bias of the author and of the company management, this thesis is expected to propose effective solutions to improve the company's training activities more effectively, systematically, meet customer requirements and in line with the decisions of the company board of director. Firstly, build a management system according to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System which includes the training process. Secondly, maintaining the effectiveness of the management system includes reinforcing the effective training process.en_US
