dc.description.abstractEstablished in 2009, A. R. company has been progressively consolidating its standing in the realm of IT Services and IT Consulting, with a particular focus on furnishing and executing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for commercial-manufacturing and retailed enterprises. Out of the total workforce, around 50 individuals hold permanent positions while the remaining 10 are currently active employees who serve as advisors, partners, and project collaborators. A. R.'s business strategy for the years 2023 to 2025 is to expand its business services with cloud-based ERP and leasing/building data servers. Therefore, the board has increased expectations for the department of sales and account management. However, BD Dept. of A.R. company has been facing a high attrition rate that exceeds the rate of other departments in the company. The main issue associated with this high attrition rate is the low level of work engagement among the employees, which ultimately leads to a lack of job satisfaction and motivation to work, leading to employees leaving the department. The main causes of such low work engagement include: low total income, lack of reward and recognition, and insufficient attention to promotion and development opportunities. As a result, the BD Department has struggled to retain talent, and their attrition rate remains higher than other departments in the company. To address this problem, it is necessary for A.R. to take proactive measures to improve the work environment and address the underlying causes of low work engagement. Facing the above reality, through the process of analyzing reality and applying theories related to self-awareness, motivation and HRM in organization; The proposed solution aims to strengthen and build retention strategy for the BD Dept. at A.R., focusing on: increase based salary, promotion, recognition and rewards.en_US
