Abstract: | Drawing upon service-dominant logic, this study investigated the effects of students' co-creation effort and student-to-lecturer and student-to-student interactions on quality of college life (QCL). The study also examined the moderating role of mindfulness in the impact of students' co-creation effort on QCL. The findings, based on a sample of 647 business students, indicated that students' co-creation effort positively affected QCL. The interactions of student-to-lecturer and student-to-student were also found to significantly facilitate student effort to sustain co-creation tasks and enhance students' QCL. Finally, mindfulness positively accentuated the relationship between students’ co-creation effort and QCL. The study findings contribute to the literature on co-creation in higher education by elucidating a mechanism that helps improve QCL. |
