This study examines the relationship between environmental innovations (EI) and energy security (ES). This article examines ES from four perspectives: accessibility, acceptability, developability, and sustainability, while different measures are used to reflect EI. A panel-corrected standard errors model and a feasible generalized least square estimates model are employed to study this relationship, while the pooled mean groups estimator is applied to the autoregressive distributed lag method to measure both the short-term and long-term effects of EI. This paper indicates that EI implementation has a beneficial influence on the energy system, but only in the long term.en
