Abstract: | Green management and practices have become essential in organizational management, with organizations attempting to employ new growth strategies that promote environmentally friendly methods. This study focused on the export industry in Vietnam and identified three critical factors that can influence SD: green human resource management (GHR), corporate social responsibility (CSR), and green innovation (GI). The study also investigated the role of green commitment (GC) as a mediator in the relationship between these factors and sustainable development (SD), as well as the role of green knowledge sharing (GKS) as a moderator in the relationship between the independent variables and GC. A survey questionnaire was administered to personnel of export organizations to collect data. CFA was used to establish the model's validity, and SEM was used to test hypotheses. The findings revealed that green human resource management and green innovation positively impacted sustainable development, whereas CSR had no significant impact. The results also indicated that sharing green knowledge substantially moderated the relationship between corporate social responsibility and green commitment. In addition, the green commitment mediated the relationships between green human resource management and sustainable development and between green innovation, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable development at 1% and 5%, respectively. This study provides insightful information regarding implementing eco-friendly behaviors and practices in organizational administration to promote sustainable development. |
