dc.description.abstractIssues related to environmental pollution have always been a topic attracting the attention of many countries around the world. Under many causes leading to environmental pollution, it is impossible not to mention the causes of pollution from dust, exhaust gases of vehicles when participating in traffic, especially in big cities like Ho Chi Minh City. Besides, an increase from the use of vehicles operating on fuels that have a negative impact on the environment, thus electric vehicles using will contribute significantly to improving the problem of air pollution in the future. Along with the need to save money in buying fuel in the process of using current means of transport, electric cars are a perfect choice. Based on those backgrounds, this study was carried out with the aim of determining the degree of influence on the intention to use electric vehicles of factors such as: “Environmental protection awareness”, “Electric vehicle awareness”, “Consumer attitude”, “Perceived behavioral control”, “Promotion programs”, “Effects from ncreasing prices of raw materials: gasoline, oil...”, “The attraction from other methods other facilities", "Warranty and repair services" of Generation Z in Ho Chi Minh City. Through the results of the research paper, we have made recommendations to help businesses build a suitable business model. 1. Problem Current businesses in Ho Chi Minh City is facing the following problems: - The needs of customers have not been clearly understood, so a suitable business model has not been built; - The vehicle market in Vietnam is very diverse and highly competitive, so finding an effective and suitable model to be competitive enough in the car market in general and electric vehicles in particular is essential. 2. Implementation method.The research process is as follows: - Define a research topic. - Identify research questions, hypotheses, and methods. - Develop a research proposal and plan. - Data collection, data processing and analysis. - Presenting research results.en_US
