Abstract: | The case of FCV Binh Duong factory highlights a significant issue of underperformance in the production line, primarily attributed to ineffective communication tools. This problem has led to inefficiencies and delays in the production process, adversely affecting overall productivity and output product yield. To address this critical issue, a thorough investigation was conducted, including in-depth interviews with staff and managers, as well as an extensive review of relevant literature. The root cause identified was the ineffectiveness of the current communication tools, which hindered the seamless flow of information and coordination among employees. After careful analysis and evaluation, the proposed solution involves implementing comprehensive training programs focused on enhancing communication skills and effectively utilizing digital tools. This solution is designed to improve internal communication, increase employee engagement, and ultimately boost productivity. By enhancing communication tools and providing thorough training, FCV aims to foster a culture of open communication and continuous feedback. This approach is expected to improve employee satisfaction, enhance performance, and drive overall productivity, leading to sustainable growth for the organization. In conclusion, the proposed solution not only addresses the root cause of underperformance in the production line but also aligns with FCV's broader objectives of improving communication efficiency and employee engagement. Implementing these comprehensive training programs is a strategic move to elevate the organization’s operational capabilities and ensure long-term success. |
