Abstract: | Anlamie Home, established in 2013, specializes in interior design, construction, and retail of wooden furniture in Tay Ninh province. With a workforce of 38 employees, the company initially focused on designing and constructing modern wooden furniture for civil works. Anlamie Home now operates three stores, offering a range of products including beds, tables, chairs, and cabinets made from imported wood. Despite its growth, Anlamie Home faces a significant challenge in sales conversion rate. The main issue identified is bad sales consulting, attributed to insufficient product knowledge and a lack of motivation to learn among employees. This problem hinders the company's ability to meet its sales targets and customer expectations. To address this issue, the thesis proposes developing e-learning courses aimed at enhancing product knowledge among employees. This solution aims to empower employees with a comprehensive understanding of Anlamie Home's products, enabling them to better assist customers and drive sales growth. |
