In today's competitive market, maintaining high product quality is paramount for sustaining a competitive edge and ensuring customer satisfaction. Thus, the study delves into how investing in technical training initiatives can lead to tangible improvements in product quality within the textile industry. In the context of D Textiles Company Ltd., which suffered losses due to continuous decline in revenue for many years. Identifying and validating the key problem and the root cause to solve the problem is extremely urgent. Using the Problem Solving in Organization (PSO) approach, the main problem was identified as poor product quality and the main cause was lack of proper training of workers. Since then, solutions will be offered to help D Textiles Company Ltd., overcome difficult times and increase competitiveness in the market. In this thesis, in addition to secondary data provided by departments within the company, primary data is also collected through in-depth interviews with customers, management and employees of the company. This data is systematically collected and analyzed based on key performance indicators such as defect rates, customer complaints, and production efficiency to identify problems and causes. Besides, the comprehensive review of relevant literature also formed the foundation of the thesis, providing insights into best practices and theoretical frameworks surrounding technical training and product quality improvement. Based on the findings, the solution is provided for D Textiles Company Ltd., to optimize their technical training initiatives for maximum impact on product quality. This solution might include areas such as curriculum development, trainer competence enhancement, resource allocation, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Currently, the results of this solution have not been evaluated yet as it is in process now, but I believe that with the good preparation and investment from the company, this solution can help the company to solve the problem of low product quality and increase the sales revenue as well as profit.en_US
