Abstract: | The evolving market dynamics and increased competition necessitate a strategic shift in sales approaches for companies like Gen Doan Nhat. The identified symptoms – the decrease of premium revenue in the first five month of 2024, their underperformance, and insufficient funding point to a deeper issue within the organization. The core problem, as revealed by comprehensive internal and external analyses and interviews with company leadership, is not the tools or activities themselves but a significant shortage of digital marketing personnel. This shortage is exacerbated by a lack of structured operating procedures, a challenge not unique to Gen Doan Nhat but prevalent in state-owned enterprises as well. To address this, the proposed solution is to foster a learning culture within Gen Doan Nhat. By prioritizing education and skill development, the company can cultivate a more competent sales team, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of its sales performance and securing a competitive edge in the market. |
