Abstract: | This thesis explores the significant issue of low motivation among the technical workforce at Dat Vinh Tien Company and its direct impact on the increasing voluntary turnover rate. Through a detailed analysis, the research identifies the key factors contributing to employee demotivation, with poor compensation and benefits being the primary concern. The study utilizes both quantitative and qualitative data collected from representative individuals with relevant roles within the company. Findings reveal that low motivation not only affects individual performance but also poses a threat to the company's ability to retain skilled workers, thereby endangering future growth plans, including expansion into new markets like Laos and Cambodia. The study concludes that addressing low motivation through strategic interventions, such as revising compensation packages and enhancing work conditions, is essential for reducing voluntary turnover. By implementing these recommendations, Dat Vinh Tien Company can strengthen its workforce stability, ensuring sustainable growth and successful expansion into new markets. |
