The purpose of this document is to address the issue of ineffective monitoring within VA Company, a subsidiary of GC Group specializing in rooftop solar energy systems and their operation and maintenance (O&M). Despite its potential, VA has struggled with maintaining effective oversight and aligning its operations with the strategic vision set forth by its leaders. This proposal outlines a comprehensive action plan to realign the performance evaluation criteria with the company's strategic objectives, thereby enhancing overall organizational performance. The proposal identifies the key problems contributing to ineffective monitoring, including the overcommitment of directors who hold dual roles within both VA and the parent company, and the misalignment of performance evaluation criteria with operational requirements. By leveraging insights from deep interviews and industry research, the document validates these issues and proposes targeted solutions. These include restructuring the workload distribution among directors, refining the performance metrics to better reflect VA's strategic goals, and implementing a robust monitoring framework to ensure ongoing alignment with these objectives. The action plan is designed to be implemented starting August 2024 and involves coordinated efforts across multiple departments and stakeholders within the organization. By addressing the root causes of ineffective monitoring, VA aims to improve its operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and solidify its position as a leading provider of O&M services in the rooftop solar market.en_US
