This study explores the impact of organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) on the extended use of the ERP system at Gemadept, aiming to optimize productivity by encouraging employees' voluntary actions. Although ERP has the potential to enhance operational efficiency, the system has yet to be fully utilized due to low user engagement. Using a quantitative PLS-SEM method with data from 136 users, the study demonstrates that altruism, community awareness, and conscientiousness positively influence work efficiency and information quality, while team spirit mainly enhances information quality. User satisfaction is also closely linked to the long-term use of ERP. Based on these findings, proposed solutions include encouraging peer support, fostering a team-based culture, providing ERP skill training, developing reward policies, and improving the system to better meet user needs, ensuring sustainable and effective ERP usageen_US
