Abstract: | In today's quickly changing business climate, firms must contend with fierce rivalry, technology breakthroughs, and fluctuating market needs. In the face of globalization and the emergence of digital transformation, companies need to operate with flexibility, efficiency, and agility in order to stay competitive. Effective resource, process, and human capital management have become critical to ensuring long-term growth and meeting corporate objectives. Therefore, managing and improving OE is critical, as it allows firms to align their plans, improve performance, and respond proactively to external problems in a dynamic environment. Therefore, by concentrating on the elements that affect organizational performance, we carried out this study to address the pressing demands. This study produced 120 valid replies by using the PLS-SEM platform and the research methodology recommended by Hair et al. (2017). According to earlier research, organizational effectiveness is influenced by a variety of factors, including organizational learning culture, knowledge sharing, employee competency, employee efficiency, employee performance, and organizational innovation. Interestingly, most participants said that businesses that get FDI will have more control over their efficiency. However, in Vietnam, analysis reveals that Organizational Learning Culture and Employee Efficiency strongly influence Organizational Effectiveness, while the FDI factor shows no impact. Additionally, Organizational Innovation and Employee Performance significantly affect Employee Efficiency, a key driver of organizational success. Based on these findings, we propose strategies to help enterprises minimize risks, optimize resources, and enhance effectiveness |
