Abstract: | This study is aim to identify the determinant factors that affect purchasing decision behavioral process and satistaction level of customers who have apartment transactions in the real estate industry in HCM City, Vietnam. There total three key factors including apartment attributes, financial sattus, apartment serrvice quality are selected base on a comprehensive review of many previous studies about housing purchasing decision behavioral process model. The relationships between three main independent constructs,customer's purchasing decision behavioral process and customer's satisfaction level is further exam. In general, this study focuses on discussing the significance of each factor as well as suggesting several useful recommendations for managomg plans of marketing and sales based on the research's findings. The findings of this study contribute the understanding of apartment attributes, financial aids and apartment service quality, which play very important roles in customer's purchasing decision behavioral process and their satisfaction level. |
