Abstract: | Thesis' goal towards this topic is to find the solution to lift high quality human resources of the company for the development of the organization. During the study, PVTrans was experiencing the problem of working stress with many staffs of the company. This affects not only high turnover but also the efficiency of the work is decreasing. There are many factors effect to work stress but with the scope of author's subject and expertise, the author focus only on the work involved in personnel work to reduce work stress at PVTrans head office. The solution focused on solving the problem is to build the ability dictionary (Compentency framwork) for the position of the company from which to have basic to assess the capacity of officials in a clear, concise manner. After that building training and coaching plan is developed to suit each job position and each employee to improve their professional skills to meet the demands of their work and their development and PVTrans in general. |
