Abstract: | The objective of the thesis is to find solutions to enhance the business strategy of BF Vietnam to drive business growth by qualitative researching methodology. Through analyzing the external and internal environmental factors such as PEST, Automotive industrial and SWOT, then combine with BF Top management discussion as interview (Local – Regional – Korea subsidiary of BF) based on the proposed overall OE (Original Equipment) business strategy direction. Eventually, combing 3C (Customer _ Competitor _ Company) business model to define the solutions as well as the values and environmental activities as benefits package proposal. Besides that, author have utilized the experiences and learnings of Sales & Marketing perspectives with Logistic supply chain know-how to build up the solutions for the targeted OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers. With the comprehensive analyzing, recommended solutions and business implementation, author strongly believe that will drive the business growth as expectations. It is true busines strategy and sales execution of BF Vietnam to enhance the OE business fundamental and expanding OE business as well. Therefore, all the information and data are confidential as mentioned in the thesis. It is only using for this thesis and not allow to copy or using in the other purposes. |
