Abstract: | Purpose – This study aims to propose a research model to examine the relationship between Work culture, Servant leadership, Transformational leadership, Service motivation, Turnover intention, Stress with the mediating role of Person-Organization fit. In this research, we conduct research on these constructs in the rapidly commerce context. Discussions, limitations, and implications are also presented in this research. Design/methodology/approach – The study used quantitative research methods. Data was collected from the students in universities in HCM city who got a job (either part time or full time job) while pursuing tertiary education. Findings – The results reveal the effect of Work Culture, Servant leadership, Transformational leadership, Service motivation on Turnover intention and Stress though the mediating role of Person-Organization fit. Originality/value – The study shows the mediating role played by Person-Organization fit. |
