Food supply chains have developed, launching applications/websites to shop online, deliver food to homes, and limit unnecessary contact. The study examines the factors affecting the online shopping behavior of consumers in the online grocery market in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) in the post-COVID-19 period. Data processing methods on SPSS, Amos are used to calculate data to come to conclusions. The data used in the article is collected through a youth consumer survey form in the city. Perceived usefulness, System Quality, Social Influence and Usage Experience are the main factors influencing the decision to shop online, thereby drawing out many limitations that need to be overcome for future study, showing the potential of online shopping in HCMC and other provinces. |
