Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to determine the factors from companies’ side affecting unpaid interns’ satisfaction with their internship in HCMC. This study employed an online questionnaire as the data-gathering instrument. A total of 208 students in HCMC who had participated in an unpaid internship were surveyed. The results of the current study show that task significance, feedback, organization support, supervisor support, skills variety, work hours, co-workers, and learning opportunities are factors contributing towards unpaid internship satisfaction. The findings of the current study provide important practical implications for internship host companies. |
