dc.description.abstract | Company administration is always considered a system that will guide and monitor the activities of the business, help protect the interests of shareholders and stakeholders, minimize representative costs, and thus increase the difference. business results. The research purpose of the topic is to assess the impact of the company administration on the performance of the company before and after the stage of the COVID-19 pandemic. Research by the author group intends to use the sample of the 100 largest listed companies in Vietnam in the list of VN100 on HOSE. After researching and reviewing, the author group decided to use the sample of 72 non-financial companies with full information on the financial statements listed on HOSE from 2018 to 2021. This study uses a quantitative research method to measure how the company's management attributes affect the performance of the company. The group of authors who use the support tool is Stata 14 software, performing linear regression; Testing linear models OLS, FEM, REM, and GLS; Testing and fixing model defects. Through the research process, the author group found that the Covid-19 epidemic has affected all the company's characteristics including the performance of the company, the management structure, dividends, and liquidity.
