Abstract: | This study focuses on a theoretical model to determine whether Covid 19 has an impact on factors affecting the intention to continue using e-wallet. This is assessed by whether the Covid 19 variable moderates the relationships in the research model. Understanding how covid 19 has changed users' behavioral intentions can be useful and important in this day and age for regulators and policymakers. The model and hypotheses of this study were tested using PLS SEM technique. The study was conducted with a sample of 320 people who knew about e-wallets regardless of whether they used them or not. Research results show that intention to continue using e-wallet is influenced by attitude, subjective norms and facilitating conditions. In which, covid 19 has changed 2 relationships between 2 variables subjective norm and facilitating conditions for continuous intention |
