Abstract: | This research was conducted to investigate the factors impacting employee’s performance Ho Chi Minh City, to build a research model, construct and validate measurement scales for the impacting factors, and based on that, to propose and make recommendations on appropriate solutions for contributing to the development of human resources management, in general, to provide the insightful about the employee, in particular. This study is based on the herzberg theory and combines with 6 hazardous factors to examine the relationship between the factors affecting employee’s performance. The study was conducted in two stages: qualitative stage and quantitative stage. The research model was built on a questionnaire that includes 28 observed variables and was adjusted through the reliability testing method (Cronbach's Alpha) and exploratory factor analysis (EFA), pearson correlation analysis, and linear multivariate regression analysis. The results obtained from the data collected from 212 valid respondents in Ho Chi Minh city affirm the positive relationship between intrinsic reward, organizational culture, innovation & creativity, flexible working hour and employee’s performance. |
