dc.description.abstractChatbot GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) is an artificial intelligence program that is widely used nowadays to assist students in their training. The system can assist the learner in providing a range of responses and matching each user's inquiries. Chatbot GPT is a valuable tool for students to answer questions, enhance learning efficiency, and reduce stress because of its function. Unfortunately, little study has been conducted on the influence of ChatGPT on academic satisfaction. To solve this issue, the study “The impact of ChatGPT – an innovative virtual assistant on learning satisfaction: A case study among UEH students” was conducted. An online survey and statistical analysis were used in this study to assess user satisfaction after using ChatGPT. The survey included 200 university students from UEH University who were chosen to participate in the study. The resulting gain will assess factors like self-efficacy, information quality, usefulness perceptions, and other perceptions that influence student participation in the learning process. Simultaneously, research is being conducted to examine the differences in student satisfaction between using a ChatGPT and traditional learning. Furthermore, the study makes recommendations and suggestions for improving the development and application of ChatGPT in education in Vietnam. The findings of this study will have a significant impact on educational quality and student efficiency.en_US
