dc.description.abstractIn the context of the current volatile economy, which is characterized by rapid changes in technology and technique development, consumption trends, and unexpected events such as war and the COVID-19 pandemic, high - quality and flexible human resources are essential for development and success. "High - quality and flexibility" in this context not only means possessing a wide range of skills and knowledge, including a comprehensive understanding of economic theory and practical skills such as data analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving, but also being adaptable and willing to learn, and able to quickly respond to changing circumstances and market conditions. As an economically developing country, training, improving the quality of human resources and increasing the number of high-quality economic manpower is an urgent requirement for Vietnam’s development. Based on these practical backgrounds, the research topic was conducted on purpose to indicate the factors influencing high-quality human resources quality, on the basis of testing the hypothesis of factors affecting Competencies, Student Outcomes of UEH University, thereby proposing solutions to improve high-quality human resources quality. The data of the research was collected from 304 students of UEH University through an online survey. The findings of this research, along with the author teams’ recommendations, can ban ủe used as a resource for practice, policy, theory, and future research.en_US
