Crowd logistics is a game-changing innovation in the realm of logistics and supply chain management. Several studies have shown that developing efficient crowd logistics on a big scale has a lot of benefits in terms of transportation costs, distance to be transported per unit of goods/revenue, and delivery time for logistics businesses, shippers, and consumers. Yet, the majority of previous research has concentrated on customer views and intentions, seldom referring to workers actively participating in crowd logistics – crow workers. Therefore, this study contributes to a better understanding of the factors impacting crow workers’ participative behavior in Ho Chi Minh city. To validate the hypothesized interrelationships, a research model was created based on three main theories: Push-Pull- Mooring, Social exchange and Sociotechnical systems. Research data is obtained from 220 crowd workers, especially shippers, via a combination of direct and an online survey. As theorized, previous job inflexibility, previous job dissatisfaction, trust, monetary rewards, low entry barriers, job performance was shown to have a beneficial impact on employees' crowdsourcing involvement, whereas perceived difficulty of task requirements, perceived technology difficulty and cost of participation had a negative impact. The study's theoretical implications and practical ramifications are examined.en_US
