dc.description.abstract | The research "The influence of Artificial Intelligence on Express Delivery inPost-COVID-19 Pandemic" determines the factors affecting consumers' decision touse online delivering service in Ho Chi Minh City, and at the same time measures theimpact of each factor on consumers' decision to use it. Based on that, proposingsolutions and recommendations to increase the usage level as well as attract moreconsumers to use Express Delivery In Ho Chi Minh City. Through the process ofanalysis and verification based on data collected from 144 survey samples, the teamhas drawn the following results: Consumer's experience when using Express Deliveryin Ho Chi Minh City is influenced by factors Benefit Awareness and Cost Saving (β =0.272), Quality of Service (β = 0.47), and The Subjective Standard, Risk Awarenessfactor has no impact on the customer’s experience. With the regression results andstatistical table describing the close variables in the significant factor in the regressionmodel, the author gives suggestions to online traders, trading floors, wholesalers andretailers, freelancers, households who need to improve the elements of online saleschannels.
