Factors affecting students’ decision to continue non-cash payment after the covid-19 pandemic in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

With the topic "Factors affecting students' decision to continue non-cash payment after the COVID-19 pandemic in Ho Chi Minh City”, our team carried out this study with the aim of analyze and clarify the attitudes, behavioral intentions of students in Ho Chi Minh City and the factors that affect them, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic. Although there have been a number of research papers on non-cash payment, the audience and influencing factors are relatively rich and the number of analyses on non-cash payment is quite diverse. The number of analyzes on the non-cash payment of students after the pandemic is still limited, that's why our team decided to carry out this study. To carry out this study, our team uses Quantitative Research Methods. We conducted a survey of students who are living and studying in Ho Chi Minh City. As soon as the number was sufficient, we conducted testing and research through SPSS 20 software to support the processing and analysis of collected data through descriptive statistical analysis functions, analysis of Cronbach's Alpha coefficient and EFA and Regression analysis. In addition, the team has drawn some suggestions and solutions to help digital banks, smart banking, etc. achieve the purpose, understand the factors affecting the intention of customers to use, and from there have better strategies for the dissemination and development of the business.
