Abstract: | Employees are invaluable asset to a company and its flourishment. The performance of an organization depends heavily on the performance of the employees. Therefore, identifying the factors affecting their productivity is quintessential to the success of the company . Workplace stress is alledgedly the most prominent contributory factor when it comes to the issue. This research paper aims to examine the impact of 4 factors including Sense of community, Job insecurity, Workload and Role conflict take on both Job stress and Job performance of employees in Ho Chi Minh City. With N = 200, the team analyzed the retrieved data from answers of employees in HCMC under measumentment and strutural model using the PLS-SEM method run in Smart-PLS software. The findings imply that workload has a direct and positive impact on the levels of job stress and job performance. It was also found that the relationship between role conflict and job stress is statistically and positively significant. From there, some managerial implications and reccomendations are proposed for leaders and human resources management teams and individuals |
