dc.description.abstract | With the world changing so quickly these days, there is a growing desire for societal improvements, including the creation of more inclusive and varied companies. Studies have indicated that diverse and inclusive companies perform better than their counterparts; yet, only a small percentage of businesses have succeeded in achieving true diversity and inclusivity. Leaders that are inclusive engage with the variety around them, foster interpersonal trust, are flexible, and consider other people's points of view. These skills boost their influence on individuals, groups, and the organization as a whole, as well as their efficacy. The team carried out this study with the aim of discovering and measuring how the effects of inclusive leadership on organizational citizen behavior, employee perception, turnover intention, job satisfaction and knowledge sharing with the mediating role of organizational justice based on background theories and synthesis of domestic and international research. The official data source used in this study was collected based on survey questionnaires from 367 people who are working or used to work. The research team used data analysis methods including reliability analysis - Cronbach's Alpha and Composite reliability, average extracted variance (AVE), discriminant value - Heterotrait-Monotrait (HTMT) ratio, evaluate the structural model through the coefficients VIF, R2 , f2 , use regression to test the model and hypotheses. Research proposes and analyzes the impact of 7 concepts, which are: (1) Inclusive Leadership, (2) Organizational Justice, (3) Organization Citizen Behaviour, (4) Job Sastisfaction, (5) Knowledge Sharing, (6) Employee Perception and (7) Turnover Intention. In addition, the research team has made recommendations for individuals and schools to study further studies.
