dc.description.abstract | This study examined the impact of green finance and digital financial inclusion on climate change and energy poverty in 49 Asia countries from 2013 to 2022. By using GMM estimator, this research found that green finance has no effect on climate change, but digital financial inclusion has a negative impact on climate change. Moreover, green finance and digital financial inclusion contribute to reducing energy poverty. Regarding the moderating role, foreign direct investment is an effective channel for digital financial inclusion to decrease climate change. Similarly, foreign direct investment is investigated to support green finance in dealing with energy poverty. In terms of information and communication technology (ICT), this variable assists green finance and digital financial inclusion in mitigating climate change and energy poverty. These findings are expected to make an outstanding contribution to the development of green finance and digital financial inclusion so that several countries including Vietnam could seek for efficient solutions to handle climate change and increase energy access for individuals | en_US |
